I would like to take this opportunity to thank you personally and all the staff at Blastquip for the excellent, friendly & efficient service that you have provided Fitzroy Engineering Industrial Coatings over the past 20 plus years.
Although you are based in Christchurch, Blastquip have constantly managed to deliver to us in New Plymouth the very next day, now that’s what we call service.
Because of this service and the top line quality equipment availability we have managed to complete various big item projects and off shore projects on time and to spec.
Nothing is a problem to you and your staff, and their professionalism and vast knowledge of the wide range of products you have available is fantastic and greatly appreciated by our company.
Once again thank you for all your assistance throughout the years and long may our great relationship continue.

Case Study 1- Blastquip Holdtite 102 Salt Remover
Fitzroy Engineering Group Ltd successfully used the Holdtite 102 product to remove salts contamination in new high grade carbon steel plates prepared for hull repairs to a floating offshore platform.
American Bureau of Shipping were required to approve of the standards prior to coating and then the fitting and welding into the hull structure.
It was found that a rag to wash the solution on to the plates was more effective than brushing which seemed to cross contaminate before hosing off solution.

Case Study 2 - Jade Blast Sandblasting Media
I have been impressed by Jadeblast, as a sandblasting media. Jadeblast is dark coloured, clean and economic. The operator on the recent job we have used it on says the pot lasts longer and our production has increased compared to using sturolite.

Case Study 3 - Jadeblast Abrasive Blast Media
Jadeblast has filled a gap in the sandblasting abrasive market in New Zealand, providing a dark coloured, clean and fast option for onsite work. I have been impressed with the product we have used so far and intend to use it again soon.
